Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the block of feta in a small baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Scatter olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and sliced garlic around and over the feta.
- Sprinkle oregano, thyme, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until soft and slightly golden.
- Remove from oven, top with lemon zest and fresh herbs, and serve warm with bread or crackers.
Notes
For extra color and flavor, broil for 1 minute before serving.
