  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered keto sweetener
  • 0.5 cup almond flour
  • 0.25 cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Fold in almond flour and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.

  5. Place on parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until firm.
