Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 8 oz feta cheese block style
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
Topping
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp honey to taste
  • 1 tsp orange zest optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Food processor or hand mixer

Method
 

  1. Add feta and cream cheese to a food processor or mixing bowl.
  2. Blend or beat until smooth and fluffy, scraping sides as needed.
  3. Drizzle in olive oil and continue mixing until light and creamy.
  4. Transfer whipped feta to a serving bowl and swirl with a spoon.
  5. Top with cranberry sauce, honey, orange zest, and black pepper.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Add toppings just before serving for best texture and presentation.
