- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place bread butter-side down in the skillet and layer with brie and cranberry sauce.
- Top with remaining bread, butter-side up.
- Cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove, rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Cook low and slow for best melt and crisp texture.
