Ingredients
  

Pastry Base
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
Filling
  • 8 oz brie cheese cut into cubes
  • 0.75 cup cranberry sauce whole berry preferred
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary finely chopped, optional

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Cut puff pastry into equal squares and press into muffin cups.
  3. Place one cube of brie into each pastry cup.
  4. Top brie with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary if desired.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes until pastry is golden and puffed.
  7. Cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Serve warm for best texture. Avoid overfilling to prevent overflow.
