Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Cut puff pastry into equal squares and press into muffin cups.
- Place one cube of brie into each pastry cup.
- Top brie with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle with chopped rosemary if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until pastry is golden and puffed.
- Cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Serve warm for best texture. Avoid overfilling to prevent overflow.
