Tart Base
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese sliced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce whole berry
  • 1 egg beaten, for egg wash

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place puff pastry on prepared baking sheet and score a 1-inch border around edges.
  3. Brush edges with beaten egg.
  4. Layer brie evenly inside border, followed by bacon and cranberry sauce.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Cool slightly, garnish with thyme, slice, and serve.
