Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Stir in flour until a smooth dough forms.
- Remove from heat and cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and seasoning. Fold in crab meat gently.
- Spoon dough onto baking sheet and add crab filling. Lightly cover with more dough if desired.
- Bake 22–25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool slightly on wire rack and serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm with dipping sauce for best flavor.
