Method
- Heat water in a saucepan until just below boiling.
- Add tea and steep for 3–5 minutes, then strain.
- Return brewed tea to saucepan and add milk.
- Warm gently over low heat without boiling.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sweetener.
- Heat until steaming, then pour into mugs and serve.
Notes
Adjust sweetness and milk ratio to taste. Add spices for variation.
