Ingredients
  

Slider Components
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef 80/20 preferred
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices bacon crispy
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese halved
  • 1 yellow onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 0.25 cup BBQ sauce

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Caramelize onions in butter until golden.
  2. Cook bacon until crisp.
  3. Mix beef with spices and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Form 12 patties and sear 3–4 minutes per side.
  5. Add cheese slices and melt.
  6. Toast slider buns.
  7. Assemble with BBQ sauce, onions, and bacon.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

For spicier sliders, add jalapeños or chipotle mayo.
