- Heat oil in skillet and brown sausage. Remove and set aside.
- Cook onion until soft, then add garlic.
- Add potatoes and season. Cook until lightly golden.
- Add cabbage and paprika. Pour in a splash of broth.
- Cover and cook until cabbage is tender.
- Return sausage, stir, and cook uncovered 5 minutes.
Notes
Adjust seasoning to taste. Great for leftovers.
