Ingredients
  

Cowboy Butter Sauce
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

  1. Melt butter gently in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant, about 30–60 seconds.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, Dijon mustard, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Fold in chopped parsley and chives until evenly distributed.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve warm as a dipping sauce or drizzle over cooked foods.

Notes

Serve warm for dipping or allow to cool slightly to thicken for spreading.
