Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives finely chopped
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne optional
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the softened butter in a mixing bowl or melt for dipping sauce.
  2. Add minced garlic. Use raw for stronger flavor or lightly sauté for milder flavor.
  3. Mix in parsley, chives, and thyme until evenly combined.
  4. Add lemon juice, lemon zest, and Dijon mustard.
  5. Season with paprika, chili flakes, cayenne, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Stir in optional honey to balance acidity.
  7. Serve warm for dipping or chill shaped into a log for slicing.

Store refrigerated up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
