Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brush flatbreads with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- In a medium bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan, minced garlic, oregano, and black pepper.
- Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly on each flatbread.
- Spoon tomato sauce over the cottage cheese layer and spread evenly.
- Add mozzarella and other toppings of choice.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and flatbread edges are golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven for crispiness.
