Ingredients
  

Burrito Components
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 cup cooked seasoned rice
  • 0.5 cup nacho cheese
  • 1 cup shredded three-cheese blend
  • 0.33 cup sour cream
  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • Mixing spoon

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet until cooked; drain excess grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer until thickened and saucy.
  3. Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
  4. Layer rice down the center of each tortilla.
  5. Spoon seasoned beef over the rice.
  6. Drizzle nacho cheese over the beef.
  7. Add shredded cheese and sour cream.
  8. Fold and roll each burrito tightly.
  9. Optional: toast seam-side-down in a skillet to seal.

Notes

Add hot sauce for a spicy version of this burrito.
