- Brown ground beef in a skillet until cooked; drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water; simmer until thickened and saucy.
- Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
- Layer rice down the center of each tortilla.
- Spoon seasoned beef over the rice.
- Drizzle nacho cheese over the beef.
- Add shredded cheese and sour cream.
- Fold and roll each burrito tightly.
- Optional: toast seam-side-down in a skillet to seal.
