Ingredients
  

Cookie Base
  • 2.5 cups chocolate chip cookies crushed
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Cream Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping divided
Pudding Layer
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
Topping
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookie base.
  4. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  5. Spread pudding evenly over the cream layer.
  6. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight for clean slices and deeper flavor.
