Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla and salt.
- Add flour gradually until dough forms.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips and toffee bits.
- Shape dough into a log or disk, chill 20–30 minutes.
- Slice into 1/4–1/2 inch cookies and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 14–18 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on a wire rack and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt before baking.
