Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken thighs and coat evenly. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  5. Rest chicken 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
  6. Serve warm with pita, rice, or salad.

Notes

Marinating overnight yields the best flavor.
