Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and apple cider.
- Scoop and slightly flatten dough on baking sheet.
- Bake 12–15 minutes. Cool completely.
- Dip cooled cookies in melted white chocolate.
