Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Bake potatoes for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Sauté onion in butter until soft. Add garlic and smoked sausage and cook until browned.
- Add sausage mixture to potatoes and stir gently.
- Mix cream with half the cheese and pour over the dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
