- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and olive oil and knead into a smooth dough.
- Let dough rise for 45 minutes until doubled in size.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet with onion, garlic, and spices until browned.
- Divide dough into small pieces and flatten each into a circle.
- Place beef and cheese in the center, seal dough, and roll into balls.
- Arrange on baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and serve warm.
