Ingredients
  

Bread Base
  • 1 loaf crusty artisan bread unsliced
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice bread in a crosshatch pattern without cutting through the bottom.
  3. Mix melted butter with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Drizzle garlic butter into bread cuts evenly.
  5. Stuff cheese into cuts and place bread in dish.
  6. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until golden and melted.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Serve immediately for best cheese pull.
