Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1.5 lb chicken thighs boneless skinless
  • 0.33 cup hoisin sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in char siu sauce for at least 2 hours.
  2. Roast on a rack at 400°F, flipping and basting halfway.
  3. Broil briefly to caramelize edges.
  4. Rest, slice, and garnish before serving.

Notes

Overnight marinating yields best flavor.
