Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine whole wheat flour, oat flour, and baking powder in a medium bowl. Add water and olive oil gradually, kneading into a soft dough.
- Roll out dough into a 6–8 inch circle and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread tomato paste evenly over the dough, leaving a small edge for crust.
- Sprinkle grated carrots over the tomato paste.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese evenly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is firm and cheese lightly melted.
- Cool completely before serving. Garnish with parsley or carrot curls.
