Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3-4 tbsp heavy cream
Caramel Apple Topping
  • 1 cup diced apples finely diced
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter optional, for sautéing apples

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla extract and heavy cream; mix until creamy.
  3. Dice apples finely. For softer apples, sauté briefly with butter and cinnamon.
  4. Mix apples with caramel sauce and cinnamon.
  5. Spread cheesecake base in a serving bowl and spoon caramel apple topping over it.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes for thicker texture.

Notes

For a salted caramel version, add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt before serving.
