- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and heavy cream; mix until creamy.
- Dice apples finely. For softer apples, sauté briefly with butter and cinnamon.
- Mix apples with caramel sauce and cinnamon.
- Spread cheesecake base in a serving bowl and spoon caramel apple topping over it.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes for thicker texture.
Notes
For a salted caramel version, add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt before serving.
