Ingredients
  

Crispy Potatoes
  • 1.5 lb potatoes cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Burger Meat
  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 preferred
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Burger Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickle relish
  • 0.25 tsp paprika
Toppings
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup dill pickles sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or American

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Large skillet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread potatoes on baking sheet and roast 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add ground beef.
  5. Season beef with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper and cook until browned.
  6. Whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, and paprika to make burger sauce.
  7. Assemble bowls with potatoes, beef, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and sauce.

Notes

Customize toppings and sauce to taste. Best served fresh.
