- Line an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Beat softened butter and peanut butter until creamy.
- Add vanilla and salt. Mix in powdered sugar until thick.
- Press the peanut butter mixture into the pan.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter until smooth.
- Spread the chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
- Chill for 2 hours or freeze for 45 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
