Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Stir and add milk if needed before serving.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste and add toppings before serving.
