Method
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up browned bits.
- Add Boursin cheese and stir until melted.
- Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice; mix until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to skillet and simmer for 10–12 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
