Ingredients
  

Boursin Chicken
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 5.2 oz Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up browned bits.
  6. Add Boursin cheese and stir until melted.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice; mix until sauce thickens.
  8. Return chicken to skillet and simmer for 10–12 minutes.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Serve with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes for best results.
