  • 4 cod fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking dish.
  2. Season cod and place in dish.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, butter, garlic, parsley, and lemon.
  4. Top fish with mixture and bake 12–15 minutes.
  5. Garnish and serve.

Notes

Do not overbake cod. Broil briefly for extra crisp topping.
