Casserole
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce red
  • 10 corn tortillas halved
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook onion and garlic in oil, then brown ground beef. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef and stir in a portion of enchilada sauce.
  4. Layer sauce, tortillas, beef, and cheese in the baking dish.
  5. Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly.
  7. Rest 10 minutes before serving.
