Ingredients
  

BBQ Chicken
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar optional
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
Coleslaw
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp sugar
Assembly
  • 4-6 large flour tortillas
  • fresh herbs optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce, vinegar, honey, and paprika in a saucepan and heat thoroughly.
  2. Mix green cabbage, purple cabbage, and carrots in a bowl.
  3. Whisk mayo, vinegar, mustard, and sugar; pour over slaw and mix.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble wraps by layering BBQ chicken and coleslaw inside each tortilla.
  6. Fold tightly and serve immediately.
