- Brew chamomile tea and allow it to cool completely.
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Add banana, chamomile tea, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon to a blender.

Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana slices. For a warmer version, skip ice and use room-temperature tea.
