Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix all meatball ingredients until just combined. Roll into balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 18–20 minutes until cooked through.
- Boil sweet potatoes until fork-tender, then mash with butter and milk.
- Simmer balsamic glaze ingredients until thickened.
- Toss baked meatballs in balsamic glaze and serve over sweet potato mash.

Leftovers store well for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
