  • 12 sheets phyllo dough
  • 1 cup pistachios chopped
  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs large

Method
 

  1. Layer phyllo with butter and pistachios, then bake lightly.
