Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 2 jalapeños seeded and minced
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp smoked paprika
  • 12 eggroll wrappers

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Frying pan or deep pot
  • Wire rack
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, green onions, and seasonings until smooth.
  2. Place filling onto eggroll wrappers and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
  3. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry eggrolls until golden and crispy.
  4. Drain on wire rack and serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

Can be baked or air-fried for a lighter version.
