- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, green onions, and seasonings until smooth.
- Place filling onto eggroll wrappers and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry eggrolls until golden and crispy.
- Drain on wire rack and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
Can be baked or air-fried for a lighter version.
