Ingredients
  

Potato Base
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Filling
  • 1 cup cooked sausage crumbled
  • 6 strips bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook sausage and bacon until browned.
  3. Mix mashed potatoes, eggs, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and seasonings.
  4. Spread half the potato mixture in loaf pan.
  5. Add sausage, bacon, and cheese filling.
  6. Cover with remaining potato mixture.
  7. Bake 40–45 minutes until golden.
  8. Rest before slicing and serving.
