Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 2 ripe avocados cubed
  • 2 ripe mangoes diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro chopped
Dressing
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 0.25 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.25 tsp chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare mangoes, avocados, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl.
  3. Whisk lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
  4. Pour dressing over salad.
  5. Gently toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.

Best served fresh. Add protein or grains for a heartier meal.
