Ingredients
  

Tuna Cakes
  • 2 cans tuna 5 oz each, drained
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Spicy Mayo
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Method
 

  1. Mix tuna, egg, breadcrumbs, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Shape into patties.
  3. Pan-fry 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  4. Whisk mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice.
  5. Serve warm with spicy mayo.

Notes

Chill patties before frying for better structure.
