  • 1.25 cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let activate.
  2. Mix in flour, salt, and oil to form dough.
  3. Knead until smooth. Let rise until doubled.

  5. Brush with oil, sprinkle cheese, and bake at 425°F for 25–30 minutes.
