- Whisk chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon. Rest 5 minutes, whisk again, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Cook apples with coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg over medium heat until tender, about 8–10 minutes.
- Toast oats, flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a skillet until golden and fragrant.
- Layer chia pudding into jars, top with apples and crumble.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 4 days.
Notes
For best texture, store crumble separately and add just before serving.
